We try our best to represent true coloring of our products in our shop, however please keep in mind a few things: EACH and EVERY device you are looking at coloring varies from screen to screen. Stock photos used from manufacturers might be off in color. If you have a question on any of the coloring, ASK before you buy.
Shipping?
Twin Essential Shop is not responsible for packages once they are scanned into the USPS system.
It is imperative that YOU make sure you have entered the correct shipping address at checkout BEFORE submitting your order. Items sent to the wrong address is not the responsibility of Twin Essential Shop. If a package is returned to sender and it is reshipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge. Twin Essential Shop cannot be responsible for the USPS and any shipping delays; this includes lost, damaged or stolen items after delivery. A 'delivered' package within the USPS system is considered delivered. If delivery is a concern please ship to a safe and secure address or contact the shop prior to purchase for insurance
